Swami Amogh Lila Prabhu ji’s real name (birth name) was Ashish Arora. Arora is basically a Punjabi cast and he was punjabi by birth.

In an interview, he discussed this and recalled asking his teacher how a book could so precisely echo his inner thoughts. In response, his teacher revealed that this verse was just one of 700 in the Bhagavad Gita. This information astounded Das and prompted him to delve deeper into the Bhagavad Gita, hoping that the remaining verses would shed more light on his introspective journey.
2. Das’ spiritual thirst drove him to leave his home when he was in the 12th grade. He discussed this in an interview, saying that after leaving his house, he went to the Laxmi Narayan Temple, also known as the Birla Mandir, in Delhi. He met a group of Marwaris who invited him to Jaipur, but he chose to travel to Hyderabad, Telangana, instead, avoiding train ticket inspections due to financial constraints. Das then considered visiting Haridwar and Rishikesh in Uttarakhand.
3. He met Ankur Vaidya, a spiritual aspirant who had quit his job to become a monk, and a group of international Krishna followers whose deep philosophical discourse inspired him to consider a monastic life in Haridwar. Driven by this desire, Das went to the ISKCON Temple in East of Kailash, Delhi, to become a monk. The monks initially asked him to demonstrate his devotion by attending the temple on a regular basis; however, Das’ determination was unwavering; he either wanted to join immediately or was willing to live on the temple’s doorstep. Recognizing his sincerity, they granted him permission to live in the temple.
4. Das returned home in 2000, at his parents’ request, after spending a few months at the ISKCON Temple. He began studying for engineering entrance exams and graduated in 2004 from Delhi College of Engineering. Later, Amogh Lila Das worked for a software company and had the opportunity to travel to the United States, where he met more spiritual devotees. The spiritual interaction with the devotees cemented his desire to enter the monastic life.
5. Das later quit his job and became a monk at the ISKCON Temple in East Kailash during the Janmashtami festival in 2010. After fifteen days, he dressed in saffron clothes for Radhastami. He was transferred to the ISKCON Temple in Dwarka, Delhi, after three years of dedicated service, and eventually became vice president.

How Shri man Amogh Lila get in touch with Swami Prabhupada ji?

Amogha Das was very much interested in reading the Bhagavad Gita, so he was written by about eight authors.
had read the Bhagavad Gita And apart from this he used to search for reading Bhagavad Gita written by many other authors.

So in this search he found a Bhagavad Gita which was written by Prabhupada ji, after reading it he was unfailingly
Das felt that I had read so many Bhagavad Gita, But from what is written in this Bhagavad Gita, it seems that the person who wrote it must be God.

Knows Krishna very well or has been with Lord Krishna. Because in Swami Prabhupada ji’s Bhagavad Gita, the essence of Lord Krishna was explained in very simple words.

I will come back, and go away from home in search of God. Amogha Das in his school time Cricket, Badminton, Volleyball, Dancing, Painting, Singing, Football, Drawing, Fancy apart from this, he was also skilled in many talents in dress, poetry writing. Along with this, he always came first in studies. That’s why they used to think that God has given me so much, but I have not given anything to God.

After three months, Amogh Lila told the saints that he had run away from home, then ISKCON saints said that you did it wrong you should tell your parents then their parents came to ISCKON temple and from there to amogh lila prabhuji took it home
Where then he started his further studies. So this is how he got in touch with ISKCON Temple.

In the year 2010, Amogh Amogh Lila came to the ISKCON temple on the day of Krishna Janmashtami and again became a brahmachari. where he lived for three years and in the year 2013, he came to Dwarka ISKCON Temple. Since then till today Prabhuji is giving his services there. and at present Dwarka is the Vice President of ISKCON.

Who is the Guru of Amogha Das?
