Parambil Bazar – Kuruvattur, Kozhikode, Kerala
This is a beach in the west of the city on the Malabar coast of India. It is a prominent place for public gatherings. The city is located about 380 kilometers north of the capital Thiruvananthapuram. Parambil Bazar is a village with 93.17% literacy rate. In this village there are many attraction like sea, some south Indian Restaurants. Parambil Bazar is famous for Santha Kumar’s hometown who was famous playwriter of Kerala film industry.
It borders Chelannur, Kakkodi, Madavoor, Kunnamangalam, Kozhikode and Calicut. Vellimadukunnu, Kannadikkal, Paroppadi, Kakkayam and Kakk Kodi are the nearby villages of Parambil Bazar. The junction at Pottamuri (Kuruvattoor) serves as a road connecting the bazaar and Palath (Kakkodi) in the town of Kozhikode.

Kuruvattoor has a tropical monsoon climate. It has a very humid tropical climate with high temperatures recorded from March to May. A short period of mango rain before the monsoon hits the city in April. However, the main source of rain is the southwest monsoon which sets in the first week of June and continues through September. The city receives significant rainfall from the northeast monsoon which begins in the second half of October through November.
