Like other temples in Udaipur, Nandeshwar Mahadev is also quite popular for peacefulness and calmness that it offers. This ancient temple is made with white stone, has separate space for performing Yajana and pooja during special occasions. There is small pond from which the water is used to perform various rituals and by the pond there is another temple of Ram, Lakshman and Janki.
This pond is a home to many aquatic plants and animals. The temple is surrounded with many trees and is a true beauty of nature. Due to its location the temple is calm and wintry. The water flow is beautiful to look at while you visit the temple and the hilly area makes you want to live there forever.
The Temple also consists a wishing well, and it is often believed that if you throw a coin wishing something and it touches the large stone your wish will be fulfilled.

After passing through Ambamata circle, take a straight road to Rampura circle (also known as Rampura choraha), and then take a straight way. You will arrive at your destination after passing through a desolate location.
The road rules will be of greater assistance to you. From Rampura circle, the journey to Nandeshwar Mahadev Temple is lined with greenery, a one lane road, and some charming farm houses.
What a feast for the eyes! However, the route was clogged with overcrowded buses and jeeps, giving you the chills.
