Scientific Explanation of Shivling – Yatra Tatra Sarvatra Shiva Concept Explained
Shivling is just a symbol which represent lord Shiva. But Shivling is not Shiva. As you know that our Sanatana Dharama is scientific dharma. Our dharma is based on science.
For understand Sivling we have to understand the basic structure of Shivling.
Shivling is consist of three parts, the bottom which has four sides remains underground. Middle which has eight sides on a pedestal, and top which is worshiped is round.
The height of round part (worshiped part) is one third of its circumference. Three parts symbolize Lord Brahama in the lower part, lord Vishnu in the middle and Lord Shiva in the upper part.
This is the explanation which is given in our ancient texts regarding Shivling. So When we worship the shivling we are worshiping Lord Brahama, vishnu and Mahesh at the same time.

Where is Scientific Explanation?
Yea I know it’s complicated and I only explained the structure of shivling but here the most accurate and real scientific explanation.
For that I am again taking you to what greatest sage of 21st century Swami Vivekananda ji.
Swami Vivekananda ji Described shivling as a eternal brahman.
Shivling represent the entire cosmos. And the cosmos represent the cosmos in turn is represented the as the cosmic egg and egg is an ellipsoid that represent neither a beginning nor an end.
The scientific research conducted by scientists niels bohr shows that the molecules are made up of atoms that consist of protons neutrons and electrons which play a vital role in the composition of shivling.
In those days instead of using those English words such as protons neutrons electrons and energy our ancient sages used words such as Lingam Vishnu Brahma Shakti etc.
What Shivling represents?
Shivling represents the atomic structure. In our atomic structure there are protons and neutrons surrounded by electrons that spin rapidly an examination of the image of Shiva.
atomic structure is everywhere in this universe so Yatra Tatra Sarvatra Shiva is not a myth it’s scientifically proven that shiva is everywhere.
Bhagwan Vishnu means proton with a positive electric charge. Lord Shiva means Neutron without an electric charge.
Shri Bramha an electron with a negative electric charge Shakti is represented by an oval-shaped disk with 3 ridged cast on its periphery she is energy and plays a vital role in the universe.
So the atoms, protons are everywhere in this world like shiva is here, there and everywhere. Yatra Tatra Sarvatra Shiva.
